Sickle cell anemia is genetic blood disorders where the blood cells are not circular shaped but are shaped like a cyclic. The resources listed below provide necessary information about the disease.

While sickle cell anemia is a common disease among African Americans, individuals from other ethnic groups can possible develop the disease. The resources discusses who is at risk for getting the disease.
