The theme of this LibGuide is “Celiac Disease: Treatment and Diet Options.” The purpose of this LibGuide is to serve as a link to resources pertaining to the topic, thus putting visitors in touch with resources that inform them and assist them in exploring the topic with their doctor or their health care provider. The page was put together by Skyla Bryant, a student at Texas Woman's University, as part of an assignment for LS 5483: Consumer Health Information Resources.
