Dallas Campus Library Photocopying

The Dallas Center Library provides a Tabletop Flatbed scanner in the public computers area at no charge.

TWU students, faculty, and staff may print from TWU Libraries computers using the GoPrint touch screen station. Printing is free.

Using GoPrint:
  1. From your document's "File" menu, select "Print Preview" to make sure your document will print out the way you want it (e.g., landscape or portrait, etc.)
  2. Make any adjustments, then click "Print".
  3. Documents sent to the GoPrint printer will be saved for you to print at your convenience. (Please note that the printer accepts no more than forty pages per print job). Send as many print jobs as you need to the GoPrint printer. The GoPrint system will hold your jobs until you are ready to print.
  4. When ready to print, go to the GoPrint Kiosk and find your Portal username on the touch screen. Make sure you choose the right user ID. Tap your name on the screen.
  5. A new screen will appear listing your print jobs. Tap the jobs you want to Print. (If you've decided not to print a document, just leave it alone and it will eventually disappear.)
  6. Tap the bottom right of the screen where it says "Accept this print job."
  7. Your printed documents will come out at the GoPrint printer with a coversheet noting your TWU ID. (Please note: if the file is large, such as a PDF or PowerPoint, printing may take several minutes to configure before printing. If you've been waiting a long time, ask at the Information Desk for assistance.)
