See one of our student employees, who are easily identifiable in maroon TWU Library vests. They can help you if you have questions or need assistance with printing, retrieving books from the stacks, or other tasks.
Visit the Information Desk on the first floor. We can identify where your book is located. We can assist with simple reference questions or retrieve a librarian who can offer more detailed assistance.
The library has handheld magnifiers available for checkout to patrons with vision impairment, allowing for more comfortable reading, studying, or other task performance.
If you'd like to borrow a magnifier, please see the Information Desk. This is a reserve item that can be checked out for up to eight hours.
The library has Large-Print USB Keyboards available for checkout to visually impaired patrons. These keyboards have clear, high contrast, enlarged keys and serve to improve readability and to make typing easier.

Noise-reducing headsets are available for checkout to patrons who are sensitive to noise for use in areas other than our quiet and silent floors. These devices connect to your device via Bluetooth.

Patrons who experience issues with hand movement and control, the library offers a trackball mouse for checkout. This item assists with mobility issues such as arthritis and carpal tunnel syndrome.

The UbiDuo 2 SGD is a Dedicated Speech Generating Device specifically for generating speech from typed text. This lightweight and portable Speech Generating Device allows the person with a severe speech impairment the ability to communicate with anyone using typed text to speech.
Only available at the Blagg-Huey Library in Denton. Please see the Information Desk. This device can be checked out as needed for up to twenty-four-hours.
We offer printing, scanning, and copying in various places throughout the library. For assistance with any of these tasks, please visit the Information Desk on the first floor.
Scanners are available on the first, second, and third floors of the library.
Accessible parking is available behind the library, and patrons can enter using the buzzer at our back (dock) door. Please let us know if you need help entering the building and a staff member will assist you. From this ground floor entrance, patrons can access the elevators located just inside the back door (down the hallway to your right).
* Please note: the only automatic entrance to the building is located at the front of the library.
For public transportation users, Route 5 DCTA buses stop in two places on Bell Avenue: just south of the intersection of Bell Ave. and Administration Dr. and just north of the intersection of Bell Ave. and Chapel Dr.
