Campus Manager Carlos Da Silva, born in Brazil, is a manager in TWU's Office of Information Technology - Houston and is Campus Manager for the Houston Campus. He is happy to hear from students, faculty and staff regarding any issues. His office is located in room 4110, tel. 713.794.2118.
