Google Scholar

Searching in Google Scholar is easy. But it is much more productive if you can connect to the TWU Libraries' full text.

Follow these steps.

Go to Google Scholar.

  1. Look to the upper left corner, and click on the three horizontal lines.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Library Links
  4. Type "twu" into the search box and click the SEARCH button.
  5. From the checkbox options, select all Texas Woman's University options & Open WorldCat.
  6. Click SAVE.

Done. Google Scholar is now connected to the TWU Libraries' full text.

This procedure can be performed on any computer.

See handout.

Researchers can connect Google Scholar to RefWorks in a matter of seconds.

Here's how:
Go to Google Scholar > click on Settings > scroll down to Bibliography Manager  >  change BibTex to RefWorks > SAVE
