Dictionaries are good for defining what something is. Encyclopedias are good for more detailed descriptions of what something is and additional information about it.
These books contain information about ingredients, physical and chemical changes in food processing, and food processing technologies. For additional books about food processing, click on the "Course Reserves" tab.
These books are reserved for your class. They can be located at the Circulation Desk and have either a 2hr or 4hr checkout period.
If the TWU library doesn't own a book you found on Google Books, you can request it through Interlibrary Loan (ILL) at no additional cost to you.
